Dr. alfred l. goldson biography

Dr. Alfred Goldson, MD, a radiation oncologist with Ministry Medical Group-Rhinelander, died Saturday, February 7, 2004 in hospice care at Wausau Hospital. He suffered a heart attack on January 28.

Goldson had been working with the local oncology department and had been involved in the planning of the Cancer Center which will open this spring at the new Saint Mary's Hospital/Ministry Medical Center clinic.

Goldson, 57, received his medical degree from Howard University, College of Medicine and completed his residency in radiation oncology at Howard University Hospital followed by a fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
